WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY PROCESS LIKE?
You will receive your goods within 2-5 business days, we will contact you should there be any deviation to the delivery date.
A tracking email will be sent to you once your order reaches the courier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door.
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around you may have to contact the courier or post office to collect your package from their collection centre.
WHAT IS THE COST OF LOCAL SHIPPING?
A flat fee of SGD5 will be charged for every order.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT COSTS AND METHODS?
Delivery within 14 working days. Applicable shipping fees for different countries apply. International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page for more information.
Free overseas shipping for purchases SGD 500 and above.
Currently, we ship to Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and some parts of Asia. If you however are located in areas that we have not listed down, do write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will aim to have those items sent to your location.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to refund an item - not applicable for SALE items. Please read our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page for more information.
WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?
Payments can be made by PayPal account and all major Credit Cards. You must confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to David's Daughter, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All prices are inclusive of GST.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
Your items may be out of stock. Please contact our customer services team.
Or we will contact you as soon as our system acknowledges the problem.
CAN I ORDER FROM OVERSEAS?
Yes you can and applicable shipping charges would apply. Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions we are currently unable to ship to Russia.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR dD GARMENT(S):
Our dD garments are made from both natural and polyester fabrics.
You are able to use the following instructions for all our garments:
1) Cold Hand Wash your items.
2) Dry cleaning is possible.
3) If you plan to use a washing machine, please ensure that your item is turned inside-out, placed in a garment bag before tossing it into the washing machine. Ensure that machines settings are set to gentle-wash cycle, using cold water.
4) Do not bleach your items. Using color-safe detergent is highly recommended.
If your garment is made from our signature tencel fabric, please note that the safest and most effective method would be to use baby shampoo and cold water to handwash it.
Ensure that all labels and tags are removed before you start the washing process.
Please dry all items away from direct sunlight.
To prolong the lifespan of each item, iron them inside out on low heat. For tencel fabric, using a steam iron is the most effective.

CAN I GET STUDENT DISCOUNT ONLINE?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer student discount online. We do however offer promotion codes via fashion magazines and via promotion email, so keep a look out for these fantastic promo codes.
